After having secured all necessary regulatory approvals, Sterimed has now completed the acquisition of Amcor’s European hospital packaging business, which includes the Coulommiers (France) manufacturing site and the two sales offices in Pergut (Spain) and Broemeda (Germany).
Sterimed already serves the European hospital and medical packaging segment with its own product offering and is excited by the opportunity to grow its business and product portfolio, and to welcome all employees as new associates to its adventure. Sterimed knows the Amcor business well, both groups have worked together to ensure a seamless transition.
Current businesses will continue as usual under Sterimed’s ownership, with continuation of mutual obligations, including all existing terms and practices. All people, machines, services will remain the same.
